Wellness/ Movement Classes
Yoga, Breathing and Meditation classes can be created for a group of any size that is in your office or event. We offer topics such as chair yoga, meditation, yoga for mental wellness, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), etc. ◻ Chair Yoga for Every Body Bend, stretch, & twist while breathing, strengthening, and relaxing - all from the comfort of a chair. ◻ Gentle Yoga for Mental Wellness Experience the benefits of light movement & mindful breathing. ◻ Meditation & Light Movement Light movement, mindfulness & meditation practices to reset the nervous system. ◻ Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Reduced stress by learning to be fully present in the current moment. ◻ Self Care Social Learn to implement self-care strategies like breathwork, a gratitude practice, and sleep. in a group setting. ◻ Breathing Break Breathing is the key to self-regulation and calming the nervous system. Learn to breathe , exploring the physical and mental impact of being present with breathing exercise. ◻ Lunch Group Midday mindfulness through movement, breathing & meditation practices. ◻ Kids Yoga (Ages 3-10) Yoga for kids, ages 3-12, helps to teach mindfulness, meditation and movement in a way that helps explore self regulation, teamwork and creativity. ◻ Teen Yoga (Ages 10-16) Yoga for teens, ages 10-16, explores mindfulness, meditation and yoga movements to aid teens in self-regulation, self-exploration while socializing in a safe enviroment. ◻ Family Yoga (Multi-age, Multi-generational) This class can be created to fit the needs of your group. It aims to build connection between child & caregiver, while exploring mindfulness, meditation, self-regulation skills, creativity and fun! |
Mental Health Support
Individual and Group Counseling options are important in all types work, schools and community. Branches of Growth follows strict protocols to ensure confidentiality. ◻ Group Counseling Group sessions allow participants to give/receive support to/from others who are experiencing similar difficulties. ◻ Crisis Intervention On-site counselors after an incident that requires debriefing & emotional support such as death, violence, significant change, etc. ◻ Mental Health Check-In This service encourages community & peer support, as well as a space to be heard & validated. Coping skills, such as positive affirmations and reframing, will be used. These are short "check ins" vs regular therapy sessions. |
