Branches of Growth offers community-based programs, as an effort to provide preventative services to employers and community organizations.
All programing can be remote, on-site at your location, or in-person at one of our 2 locations.
Sessions are individual or group based.

Presentations/Speakers
We offer interactive presentations for your event or organization including topics such as suicide prevention, mindfulness, wellness, grief and loss and many others. Reach out to see what's available to assist for your business, school or community.

This 4-week interactive series includes topics like overall wellness, self-care, stress management & communication. Employees receive a certificate of completion. Click HERE for more information.​
Wellness/ Movement Classes
Yoga, Breathing and Meditation classes can be created for a group of any size that is in your office or event. We offer topics such as chair yoga, meditation, yoga for mental wellness, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), etc.
