Branches of Growth has partnered with the Cus Foundation to bring this specialized yoga class to our community. Both founders of these organizations are survivors of suicide loss and hold the community deep in their hearts.
This class is free to participants and funded by the Cus Foundation.
Class will be a trauma-informed slow flow including meditation and mindfulness exercises led by Katherine Hyatt, LMHC, RYT, Owner of Branches of Growth Yoga Studio
