Saturday, 12/16 @ 10am- Community Yoga Class
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga.
Class is slower-paced and focused on developing clear and safe
alignment in foundational poses. This class emphasizes integrating
mind, body, spirit, and breath. All are encouraged to accept the
beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other
than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it. All
bodies are welcome.
