We have 1.5 hours together to focus on our breath, intentionally move and create a beautiful space for a meditative practice.
If you have props, feel free to bring them! Due to COVID, we are unable to offer props at this time.If you have them, you are encouraged to bring blocks, a blanket and bolster.
