Saturday Oct 28 Music Meditation 1030-1130am
Live and recorded music is used to support this morning meditation practice. Participants will engage in music assisted relaxation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery to calm their body and mind and to build resilience towards stress. No prior music experience or knowledge is necessary!
When appropriately used, music can be combined with meditation to help with: reducing stress, improving clarity and focus, increasing happinesses, regulating emotions, and enhancing creativity and intuition.
