New to yoga? Join Ade for a beginner yoga series where you will learn the basics of yoga philosophy and practices. Participants will be guided through gentle sun salutations to warm up up the body, followed by a series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and supported inversion beginner postures. Each class will begin with basic yoga philosophy and guided breath work and end with deep relaxation to remove impurities and stress. Questions will be encouraged (but not required) throughout the series. All bodies welcome. All participants who register for the full 6 week series will receive a free copy of The Bhagavad Gita, an auspicious and ancient yoga text that is cherished by many devoted yoga practitioners throughout the world.
