Ever been interested in trying yoga? This 4 week course is a great way to introduce yourself to basic yoga postures, breathe work and philosophy. Recommended for anyone that is new to yoga or has never practiced yoga. This will be held via zoom. Yoga can be a great addition to self-care and offer a path to deepening your connection to your mind, body and breathe.

Week 2: Seated/Standing Asana’s (Pose) - Pranayama
Week 3: Sun Salutations
