June 23rd Flexibility Workshop @ 6-7:30PM
Intended to learn how to increase flexibility in a safe way. We will focus on hip opening for poses like compass and pigeon. Back bending and shoulder mobility for wheel and others for deep back bending poses. We will so some other split prep and other leg openers to support your practice. This is all levels, if you think this isn't for you, I encourage you to try! Summer is a great time to use the warmth to lengthen muscles.
