May 19 Flexibility to Support Inversions Workshop @ 6:15-7:30PM
Intended to learn how to increase flexibility in a safe way. We will focus on hip opening for poses like compass and pigeon. Back bending and shoulder mobility for wheels and other deep back bending poses. We will do some other split prep and other leg openers to support your practice. This is all levels, if you think this isn't for you, I encourage you to try! Summer is a great time for use the warmth to lengthen.
