Parent & Tween Yoga for Anxiety April 25 9-10AM
This class is specifically to cater to the tween struggling with symptoms of anxiety. The tween may want the parent to attend or not, up to you! Maybe they want to bring a friend or older sibling! The class will involve breathing techniques, movement and meditation that can be practiced on and off the mat. This is a very unique class and only open to 4 pairs.
