Are you struggling with life stress? Join us as we discuss how the nervous system is impacted by chronic stress. Individuals will then explore effective tools and strategies for managing stress to promote a healthy mind and body. By learning how to manage stress through new coping skills, we can improve our overall well-being and quality of life.
