Yoga for Mindfulness Friday 2/3 6-7pm
This class aims to quiet the mind to cultivate a deeper connection to and understanding of the self. You will tune into your breath, pay attention to bodily sensations, and learn to accept reality as it is in the moment. Lots of variations and options will be offered, all levels are welcome.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as all class start promptly at the start time.
