This is a class for a guardian and child aged 3-5 to work on building the relationship through movement, play and breath. It will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.
