Yoga with Intention 2_ Sunday 1/8_ 10:30am-11:30am
Yoga with intention 2 offers a similar Vinyasa flow as Yoga with intention 1, However you will learn ways to build onto the foundation you’ve already built. You will learn different variations of the Asanas than you did in Yoga with intention 2. This class is all about exploring your own body and seeing what is available to you. Still all levels welcome, I will meet you where you are at. This is a safe space for all to practice.
