This class is a combination of Reiki and Restorative Yoga. Reiki is a gentle hands on process where the practitioner manipulates the flow of energy within the body.The Reiki Restore class is going to help you rest and restore while also clearing energetic blockages. By combining yoga and reiki healing, you will connect with your energetic body and your breath while moving through restorative postures.
Yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters are used with guidance of the Teacher to enhance comfort and ease within the body.
