Join Ade on the October New Moon for a Restorative Yoga Class. Class will include blankets , bolsters, and blocks that will allow for a deep rest and relaxation. The new moon is a perfect time for fresh starts and new beginnings. Let go of the old and start anew. The class will end with reflective writing (optional) Materials will be provided.
