Breathwork class that begins with a full moon cacao ritual. Cacao is a bitter chocolate that is drank during full moon ceremonies.
Participants will have time to process in a group before beginning the Breathwork. The breathing portion of the class is around 25 minutes. At the end of the class there will be more opportunity to process.
Investment for class and ceremony, $33. Sliding scale offered upon request.
