Mindfulness Meditation Thursday 10/20 6.-7pm
This Mindfulness Meditation class will offer you a safe space to come home to your breath and body. You will be taught different meditation postures to support you and freedom explore for yourself. Then you will be taught a Guided Body scan to help you relax and help you find your breath in an easier way. Finishing with a Mindfulness Meditation guided by a teacher who will support you through the process of training and making friends with your mind.
THIS IS A FREE EVENT. Please make sure to show up 10 minutes early to secure your spot and the full hour of meditation practice.
