Yoga for Mental Wellness Tuesday January 21 5:30-645PM
We will broadly examine the 5 elements of wellness (physical, occupational, emotional, spiritual, intellectual), what they mean to us and why all pieces are crucial to our overall mental wellness. We will examine techniques for stress, anxiety and depression management, which include both pranayama (breath) and asanas (postures). A guided meditation and full body muscle relaxation will conclude class. CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL!
Bringing a journal to class is highly encouraged.
