If you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you have come to the right place. You will learn how to connect with your breath. This will assure connection and alignment in each pose. You will focus on how to use blocks, straps, and bolsters safely and effectively to enhance your stretch.
Above all, you will hear the meaning of each asana (pose) and how it comes to reality in your own life. You will be empowered in your yoga journey within a safe space, growing at your own pace because in this class, you will be met by your instructor's kindness and compassion with each step.
