Hi there! I am a licensed mental health counselor.
I specialize in helping individuals cope with the hardships of everyday life.
My passion has always been helping people. Being able to make a difference in the way my clients view themselves and the world around them is the most rewarding part of what I do. Psychology and, more importantly, being a therapist is what I love and helping people improve their mental health is why I love it.
I have worked with clients with addiction issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, Bipolar Disorder, and personality disorders. My main specialties are with ADHD and borderline personality disorder. I am trained and well versed in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I offer a safe space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs without judgment. I strongly believe that with therapy and a positive attitude, any change is possible.
