Welcome, my name is Jana.
My journey to becoming a therapist was to empower people to empower themselves. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.
I customize my therapeutic approach to fit each client’s unique journey, blending a kaleidoscope of modalities. I am trained and utilize evidence-based techniques in EMDR and EFT. I’m a Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider for traumatic grief. Some of my special interests and expertise include Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Grief, and Chronic Illness.
My experience is working with clients aged 5 to 99. I strive to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore emotions and challenges, providing opportunities for growth and change. It would be a privilege to be a part of your healing journey toward your wellness.
