Adina Wyatt, MHC-LP
Hello, I’m Adina! I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor. I also have experience and certifications in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and community information and referral. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression or struggles in relationships or life transitions.
I approach counseling in a collaborative and integrative way. While I love using narrative and CBT techniques, I am strongly person-centered when counseling. I realize that everyone has their own story that they are the best author of. I work to meet you where you are and help find ways to the growth and healing that you decide on, in ways that are meaningful and make sense for you individually. I chose to be a therapist because I believe it’s incredibly important for people to feel seen, supported, understood, and heard. I firmly believe that there is always hope, room for growth, and possibility for change. If you’re ready and feel that we would be a good fit, I’d love to give you a safe, non-judgement space and the tools and help for you to find that for yourself! |
