This 4-week interactive series includes topics like self-care, stress, and communication. Participants receive a certificate of completion.

MENTAL HEALTH
Brief Individual Counseling
Sessions offered both in-person or via a confidential, virtual platform. Sessions can range from 15-60minutes. Insurance benefits may be utilized for ongoing care.
Group Counseling
Group sessions can be provided for a variety of reasons such as processing or support.
Crisis Intervention/Critical Incident Debriefing
Counselors arrive onsite after an incident that requires debriefing & emotional support such as death, violence, significant change, etc. These sessions can be psychoeducation, group or individual sessions.
