Join Kelsey Sawyer of Riverbend Grief Movement for an intimate yin yoga experience as we head into the stillness of winter. During this class we will get still and quiet as we dive deeper into the connective tissue and fascia of the body. This practice is a grounded more therapeutic style of yoga to allow for more connection to the heart and the mind. The intention is to seasonally attune to the season of winter and create more space for peace and reflection in the coming months.
