This 45minute event will include a reading of recently published "Mindful Maddie", movement & SPECIAL mindfulness activities! This is for all kids, even those that struggle to sit still and need to learn skills to be in the moment. Ages 4-14
Each participant will receive a copy of "Mindful Maddie" and a special take home gift!
Parents are welcome to attend and do not need to purchase an additional ticket.
