Chair yoga isn’t just lots of sitting. This class uses the chair for balance, support, and mobility. Practice is suitable for anyone interested in intentional physical movement, peace of mind, and building resilience. The hardest part of this class is getting yourself TO the chair. Allison will introduce this unique way to move the body and breathe mindfully.
