Friday, 7/12 @ 7pm- Sound Bath & Restorative
Restorative and Sound starts with students relaxing in gentle restorative postures, opening the body and releasing stress and holding. Sound will be integrated throughout the class, and the last half hour will be a mini sound bath that can be experienced in shavasana or your favorite restorative position. This monthly class should be deeply rejuvenating and relaxing.
