Sunday, 12/10 @ 4pm- Music Meditation
Take time to unwind and reset for the week ahead! Live and recorded music is used to support this afternoon meditation practice. Participants will engage in music assisted relaxation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery to calm their body and mind and to build resilience towards stress. No prior music experience or knowledge is necessary! This class is open to those who have never tried meditation before or have been practicing for a while. All levels are welcome!
When appropriately used, music can be combined with meditation to help with: reducing stress, improving clarity and focus, increasing happinesses, regulating emotions, and enhancing creativity and intuition.
