New Moon Yoga Nidra Friday 12/23 6-7pm
Join Ade for a 60 minute New Moon Yin and Yoga Nidra event. The New Moon invites us to focus on new beginnings and change. This class will include pranayama (breath work), a yin sequence and will end with 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, known as yogic sleep is a practice that allows a practitioner to enter a calm and safe state for the mind and body, through guided meditation. The practice allows for the release of emotional tension, slows down and regulates the nervous system, and allows the physical body to relax and soften its grip on the stresses of life. In that softening we are invited and given the opportunity to connect more deeply with the Divine Paramatma or Super Soul that rests within the heart of all beings. Yoga Nidra is a practice that allows for deep rest which is something everyone can benefit from. Heal yourself, heal the world ❤️
