This 75- minute class will explore the physiological impacts of pranayama (breath), asana (movement) and Dhyana (meditation) to benefit symptoms of anxiety. Class is beginner friendly and for all levels. Essential oil will be diffused. This is an ALL level class and beginners are welcome.
