Program Offerings for the Community
All programing can be offered remote, on site or at one of our 2 locations. Sessions can also be individual or group based.
Yoga, Breathing and Meditation classes can be created for a group of any size. We offer classes such as chair yoga, meditation, yoga for mental wellness, mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), etc.

Individual and Group Counseling options are important for all environments. Confidentiality is key and we have strict protocols surrounding services in the community.
