Olivia Consol, Graduate Intern
Welcome! I’m Olivia (she/her), and I’m a graduate student in SUNY Oswego’s Mental Health Counseling program. I am a non-traditional student who returned to school after working as a freelance writer, a baker/pastry cook, and a nonprofit professional at local food justice organizations. Throughout these experiences, I’ve always had an interest in people’s stories and a drive to create understanding. This curiosity is what led me to counseling.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where children, teens, and adults can safely process difficult situations and emotions. You are the expert in your story. I’m here to help you reframe the challenging aspects of that story, find positive ways to meet your needs, and, most of all, hear you.
By landing on this page, you’ve already taken a brave step toward growth. I wish you well and hope to hear from you!
