Nikki Lincoln, Graduate Intern
I am a compassionate and intuitive mental health counselor in training with a diverse background in education, wellness, personal development, and holistic healing. After years of teaching and coaching, I realized my next role in life is to support others in emotional healing and self-discovery. I am now completing my M.S.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Bonaventure University, building on prior degrees in English, Education, and Psychology.
Being a certified personal trainer and holistic nutrition specialist has allowed me to bring a whole-person, mind-body approach to healing. Through my work with students navigating high anxiety and emotional challenges, as well as clients carrying both physical and emotional weight, I have learned the power of meeting people exactly where they are—and walking with them to where they want to go. My approach is rooted in empathy, presence, and deep respect for each person’s unique path.
I am an active listener, deeply attuned to people’s energy and experiences. I advocate for self-agency, mental and physical wellness, and honoring the connection between the body and mind. As a nature lover and wellness advocate at heart, I strive to create safe, grounded spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.
