I enjoy using techniques that involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, holistic health and mindfulness practices to emphasize self-care and improvement. Ultimately, I am dedicated to finding the right approach for you in your journey.
I specialize in working with clients from adolescence to early adulthood and have experience working with a variety of presenting symptoms and diagnoses. I have a special interest in working with athletes, individuals struggling with disordered eating and body image, as well as individuals going through life transitions. It is my passion to guide clients down a path of self-improvement and wellness in order to be the person they strive to be.
