Hi! My name is Emily Wolf and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I graduated from Le Moyne College in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology and from SUNY Oswego in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
I understand that life can be confusing, difficult, and sometimes it’s just plain messy. On the journey through life, it is easy to lose who you really are and lose sight of what you want. I love working with people to help them build a life they love and deserve.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy with my roots being in Person Centered Therapy. I also have training in motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Child Centered Play Therapy. I have a background working with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and children.
I am so glad that you have chosen healing for yourself and I look forward to going on this journey with you.
