​I am Alley Cummings and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. Often, in life we are faced with challenges that can be difficult to overcome on your own. My approach is to help guide you or your child through these challenges to create the person you or they want to be. I offer families and children a safe and non-judgmental space to help them work towards their individual goals.

I strongly believe that every situation and person is unique and not one treatment approach will be right for all. I will listen to your experience and together we will find out what works best for you or your child. I am formally trained in EMDR Therapy, Solution Focused Trauma Informed Care Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
