Flow Into Empowerment is a 75 minute class created to target our inner most strength and empowerment using posing and breath. This is open to all levels, beginners to seasoned yogis.

Yoga and Mindfulness Ages 7-13 10/26 9-945am with Katherine
This class is for kids ages 7-13 to learn techniques for mindfulness, breath and yoga poses to help them in every day life.
Gentle Chair Yoga November 9 10:30-11:30am
Gentle chair yoga is a 60-minute class for folks of all ages that would like to learn and stretch with the use of a chair. This is a gentle and slow paced class.
Studio is on the 2nd floor. Participants must be able to walk a flight of stairs to studio.
Trauma Informed Yoga 11/9 9-10:15am with Katherine
Trauma-informed yoga is an approach to creating a safe, sensitive space in which students can learn to regulation skills through connection with the breath and increased body awareness.
This approach acknowledges that any student coming to a class may have experienced trauma, so all classes ought to be taught with specific principles in mind. All are welcome!
Class is $15 and $5 for Veterans, Service Members and First Responders. Thank you for your service!

This kids yoga class will focus on gratitude for things in their life as we go into the holiday season. Kids yoga combines breath exercise, yoga inspired games and activeyoga postures to support their development.
